Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Delivery Management Program-Budget/Cost/Profit Program Resource Management and Program-Governance & Communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid role..
The role is situated in Malmö or Helsingborg.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Champion the use of agile practices such as SAFe Scrum Kanban and Lean to support project delivery and team collaboration.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Use and continually develop leadership skills Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing agile projects and programs with a track record of successful delivery.
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project and agile project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
Certifications Required
Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP).
