hela Sverige We are seeking a driven Program Manager to lead the successful launch and oversight of a new point-of-sale (POS) program. This role involves defining a clear roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the initiative remains on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate brings in-depth retail and POS experience, excels at stakeholder management, and demonstrates strong leadership qualities to keep the program on track and aligned with overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Launch a Comprehensive POS Program
• Establish program objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Outline detailed plans that guide the entire project lifecycle.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with various departments and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may arise, keeping the program moving forward.
Monitor Progress and Deliverables
• Track milestones, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain regular reporting on program status to key stakeholders.
Evaluate Program Success
• Assess performance against defined goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with the organization's broader strategic objectives.
Facilitate Project and Steering Committee Meetings
• Prepare agendas and materials for discussions.
• Lead meetings to ensure clear communication, decision-making, and accountability.
Collaborate with Other Program Managers
• Act as a representative for critical business areas, ensuring cohesive integration with related programs.
• Share insights and best practices to strengthen overall program management within the organization.
Qualifications
• Retail and POS Expertise
Experience working in retail environments and with POS solutions.
