To Siemens, Security Products with office in Solna we are looking for a
Produktansvarig / Product Manager Access Control Devices
To create next generation AC components and establish maintenace concept and lifecycle for existing system and standalone devices. In this role you will be responsibility for lifecycle management - from compilation of requirements until product phase-out and ensure strong market/ sales orientation in Product Management.
What are my responsibilities?
Responsibility for product lifecycle management of all new and existing AC portfolio devices.
Ownership to drive business and develop AC devices and source 3 rd party products according to SP strategy and market / sales request.
Definition of requirements and specifications for access control devices
Leadership during development phases of innovation, enhancement and maintenance projects.
Ensures availability of comprehensive product documentation, training and marketing instruments.
Maintain strong relationships to sales and regional companies as well as to suppliers and ODM Partners.
Market data collection, verification of additional business potentials and generation of new product ideas.
Execution of product benchmarks in close cooperation with sales, key customers and R&D
Market introduction of new products including acceptance and field tests, market positioning and marketing campaign.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You have several years of professional experience as Product Manager
Experience in projects with interdisciplinary and multicultural members.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
Knowledge of customer complaint resolution and quality processes.
Experience in Security market with focus on Access Control
Degree in technical engineering is preferred/or equal practical qualification.
You are a Team Player with outstanding experience in motivation others. You are able to take initiative, direct and communicate strategies to all levels.
Other key capabilities include an excellent track record towards results orientation.
Solid English and Swedish skills, both written and oral.
