hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos PolyPeptide Sweden i Malmö To fill a newly created position as production manager at our facility in Limhamn, Sweden, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled person with a passion for manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
As our new production manager, you will have the responsibility for one production departments. You will lead a group of 15-20 Process Technicians and You will be reporting to the Operations Director. Your responsibility will be to continue the development of our manufacturing operations with focus on increased efficiency and capacity, while maintaining a high level of quality. A major challenge will be to identify and prioritize the right tasks within the limits of a dynamic commercial manufacturing environment. We expect a sense of detail and the use of lean tools to assist and guide you with this.As a person you have the relevant education e.g. chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals sciences or similar at a level equivalent to a masters degree. You have documented managerial experience of at least 5 years, and you are used to working and making decisions in a controlled manufacturing environment following either GMP or ISO standards. A high level of communication skills is needed as well as good skills in written and spoken English. Fluency in one of Swedish or Danish is a requirement.We offer a very interesting and challenging position in an international company.
