About our client
Our client is a Nordic Bank.
About the role:
The client is seeking a consultant who possesses 1-3 years of experience and is capable of executing and assuming accountability for operational and administrative procedures associated with the "Clients Institutional SA platform," a fund-related initiative. Your are going to assist in the fund accounting process by coordinating the work on NAV packs, ensuring proper timing, incorporating comments, and obtaining necessary formal approvals. Your are also going to aid in the Transfer Agent process by managing the coordination of tasks including the Drawdown process, Distribution process, Dividend process, and fee calculations. Continuously review and analyze fund budgets and manage the coordination of invoice payments for the fund. You are further going to regularly handle cash management responsibilities and provide support by overseeing the preparation of a variety of reports.
Assignments:
• Assist in the fund accounting process by coordinating the work on NAV packs, ensuring proper timing, incorporating comments, and obtaining necessary formal approvals.

Who are you?
They are looking for someone who possess a University Degree and have the ability to prioritize and plan. As a person they are seeking for a accurate, analytical and structured person. They need you to be a team player with very good communication skills. They also want you to have the capability to operate autonomously and take initiative. You will need to have experience of fund budgeting and accounting and good understanding of alternative assets and funds.
