hela Sverige My name is Madeleine Grenson and I have the privilege to lead the teams within Insights & Safeguarding. I am looking for people-centric leaders who are excited about inspiring product teams to deliver value driven digital and analytics products for our co-workers.

Data and analytics are key to enable our co-workers to become truly data driven - our journey ahead is to ensure awesome user experiences where all data is accessible and visualized through modern technology.
As a Product Specialist you support product owners on this journey, you will develop extensive knowledge of stakeholders' needs, serve as subject matter expert for product team members, providing insights, context, and additional information as needed to help understand what is the expected outcome of the product(s).

Insights & Safeguarding area is part of Digital Business Support domain. We provide tools, data and insights that enable colleagues across IKEA to make good decisions, to operate IKEA on a day-to-day basis and design the IKEA business model of the future. We manage products within the areas:
• Finance & Procurement BI & Analytics
• Planning & Forecasting (Shaping the future expansion plans for IKEA)
• Insights & Planning Enablers (BI and Planning tools)
• Business Safeguarding (Risk & Compliance, and Legal & Governance)
We work cross-functional, where you will collaborate and work side-by-side with many colleagues within Group Digital, Group Business Functions and markets.

Your energy is generated by understanding co-worker needs and transforming them into solutions that deliver the right outcomes, proven by data. Through your previous experience you know how to work in agile team and have extensive experience interacting with people in different roles. You are curious, not afraid of pushing your skills and have an innovative mindset. You see an ever-changing environment as a constant flow of opportunities and learning.
In this role you will report to the Product Manager and the position will be located in Helsingborg, Sweden. Some travel to Malmö office will be required.
This role has several open positions within the areas of Planning & Forecasting and Business Safeguarding
