The role
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is passionate for product quality and willing to provide the best customer satisfaction experience.
You will report to Head of Product & Projects Quality and be a member of a Product Quality network.
Mission In this role you will be responsible to coordinate and follow up internal campaigns. You will also be functioning in role as process developer to develop processes at regional level to secure Quality of delivered products to the final customers.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Coordinate the internal campaign decision meetings
• Support internal campaigns by analysis and follow up internal campaign requests
• Secure efficient hand over from internal campaigns to external campaign
• Set up and Implement in close cooperation with the plants, regional way of working and processes for areas connected to product and production quality within operations
• Secure cross-functional coordination of processes
• Provide process documentation, instructions, forms for the business management system
• Follow-up the implementation & efficiency of the processes and take appropriate corrective actions when needed Critical competencies for the position With a real talent for cultural integration, the Product Quality Engineer hold a University/Master's Degree in engineering or equivalent and is able to demonstrate successful international and multi-cultural experience. -Team work is an important part of the job -Knowledge of the manufacturing processes -Customer oriented -Ability to co-operate and travel in an international environment - Structured -Analytical -Self driven and with ability to initiate and lead activities -As all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required Qualifications

University degree in Engineering
Experience
• Experience in production / production engineering / quality department Location: Gothenburg
