You will work for Worldline's Merchant Services Global Business Line. We cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, through a complete approach, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumer engagement, via seamless services, on any device - with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.

More specifically, you will be working in Online Connectivity vertical responsible for the heart of our payment platform and customer facing One Connect API. You will help us process even higher number of transactions per second while keeping our customers happy.

The Team

You will become part of the extended management team. Its goal is to steer priorities, plan and report on the progress of the work. We work in short iterations and plan short term objectives for the next three months.

The development team you work with is based in Stockholm. You will play a key role in core platform developments on the WOPA platform and the integration to the One Connect API interfacing to merchants.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Define and own the product functionalities and prioritize them into a Product backlog for own area and functional specifications (i.e. breaking down the epics in user stories)
Get input from stakeholders such as Customer success managers, project managers, IT tribe lead, Client Operations or customers.
Manage the dependencies within and across departments pro-actively.
Manage the balance between priority for incidents, technical development, compliance topics, operational excellence, and new product features.
Align with other Product Owners to safeguard cross-team or cross-department deliveries to manage dependencies and ensure deliveries
Analyze client feedback for your area of expertise
Assess ideas on their business value and technical feasibility

Skills we can't do without:
A few years of previous experience from working in a similar role as product owner or as business analyst
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Good team player and communicator with a flexible, customer-driven attitude.
Ability to work cross-culturally and across regions
Proficiency in English
