ABOUT THE POSITION
The team Digital Collaboration within Digital Workplace is responsible for products within the Microsoft 365 suite that are used within the bank. To modernize and transform our current deliveries we have initiated a cloud transition from on-premises solution to Microsoft Azure. As Product Owner you are responsible for products within the security area (for example Microsoft Defender) in our journey to the cloud. You will among other things:
* Be responsible to plan and drive the roadmap, vision and purpose for your products
* Ensure that the vision and purpose are known and understood by all members of the team and its stakeholders
* Ensure that product development is in line with overall goals and the needs of end users
* Have an ongoing dialogue with your team and stakeholders
Your team:
You will belong to a distributed team with colleagues in both Solna and Vilnius. The team is cross-functional and consists of Security Specialists, Lead Designer and a Scrum Master. Your team is part of the division Digital Workplace and you will have close collaboration with other Product Owners in the division. We work agile with SAFe and our office is located in Arenastaden, Solna. We are working remotely today but when we are not working from home, our office has several restaurants and a top modern gym.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a couple of years of experience in digital product development in a modern development organization, preferably in the role of Product Owner. It is a plus if you have been working in the context of end-user services and the Microsoft 365 suite. If you have experience from working with security related technical capabilities, such as Endpoint Protection or Information Protection that is positive as well.
As you will have contact with stakeholders and collaborate daily with others, you are an experienced communicator and are happy to discuss ideas to inspire your colleagues with new ways of thinking and creative solutions. You are self-motivated and genuinely interested in working in a team driving technology towards stakeholders needs with high precision on set targets for cost, quality and security. To be able to communicate effectively in this role, you are fluent in both written and spoken English. Swedish is a plus.
