Our Exciting Opportunity
The IT Cloud Services (ITCS) Network organization owns the service areas WAN (Wide Area Networks) & Network security which are foundational for Ericsson internal connectivity as well as an instrumental part for Ericsson Cloud journey. We are growing our Network product teams within Group IT and are now looking for a Product Owner to join our team!
In this role you will set the strategy for the product and ensure that the required business value is delivered. To be able to do this you need to understand external trends and to work together with Ericsson colleagues to ensure a deep understanding of their needs. You will achieve delivering the business value by working closely with the Product Area Manager, other Product Owners, Service Managers and your team members.
Within Solution Area Cloud we are embarking on a change journey in how we structure and deliver our work with agile methodologies towards a product oriented organization, and you will be a key player to make it a success.
The position is preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden.
You will
Be on top of external technology trends and internal Ericsson business needs as a base for product strategy
Set strategy and roadmap based on business value, including communicating the vision and plan that inspires the members in the team, other colleagues and stakeholders
Lead the work of the product team, to prioritize and sequence what to work to maximize the delivered value. This also includes coaching and ensuring that your team has the right competences to enable successful execution
Manage financial planning and any regulatory compliance required
To be successful in the role you must have
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience from product management or equivalent
A Customer-centric approach for product prioritization and delivery execution focus
Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build teams and networks
Excellent negotiation and financial abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Demonstrated ability from IP Connectivity, IT Cloud Networks, WAN or Network Security
