The role
We are looking to strengthen our team of Product Owners who server the Simulation community at Scania R&D. We offer a full stack simulation service from compute cluster up to simulation software used by our engineers. You will take on responsibilty of functionallity in the stack and collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions solving small and bigger isues. As we are inventing methods and roles as we learn and gain experience, the scope is likely to change in the future to accomodate for new requirement as we and could also include development of software and parts of the compute platform.
As we are learning by doing, all the bits and pieces are not perfectly aligned and the ability to iterate with a probling mindset is essential to reach the new state.
Qualifications
At Scania as a whole and within the team, we strive for a broad mix of experience, skills and personalities. We are looking for a humble team player with an open and collaborative mindset and with a willingness to learn and share.
We think you have a technical experience within the simulation area and have worked with simulation in a HPC context for some years. You enjoy having one foot in technology and another in leadership. You probably have experience of product ownership or similar leading position. In this role you enjoy facilitating and encourage collaboration. As a person you are not afraid to take the lead and prioritize the backlog.
