Product Area IP Connectivity objective is to seamlessly meet the Ericsson global need of a resilient, secure and predictable connectivity foundation and at the same time continuously transforming to support Ericsson's growth strategy by adopting emerging technologies. As part of the IT Cloud Services organization the PA IP Connectivity owns the products Core, Site & Cloud Connectivity as well as Network Security Policy Management. These products are foundational for Ericsson internal connectivity as well as an instrumental part for Ericsson Cloud journey. Now we are growing our Connectivity product teams within Enterprise IT and are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Product Owner to join our team!
In this role, you will set the strategy for the Cloud Connectivity product and ensure that the required business value is delivered as we continue to connect our internal network to our dedicated cloud landing zones in Azure, AWS and GCP. To be successful in this role, you need to analyze external trends and connect them to internal needs and requirements through collaboration with your Ericsson colleagues. You will ensure the business value by working closely with the Product Area Manager, several Product Owners, Service Managers and your product team members.
Within PA IP Connectivity we are on a change journey in how we structure and deliver our work with agile methodologies towards a product-oriented organization, and you will be a key player to make it a success.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Head of PA IP Connectivity.
You will
Be on top of external technology trends and internal Ericsson business needs as a base for product strategy
Create and communicate the product strategy and roadmap based on business value, build the vision and plan that inspires the members in the team, other colleagues, and stakeholders
Lead the work of the product team, to prioritize the backlog to maximize the delivered value. This also includes coaching and ensuring that your team has the right competences to enable successful execution.
Drive DevSecOp transformation for the delivery of Cloud Connectivity product
Manage financial planning and any regulatory compliance required
To be successful in the role you must have
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
Minimum 7 years' experience from product management or equivalent
Customer-centric approach for product prioritization and delivery execution focus
Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build teams and networks
Excellent negotiation and financial abilities
Demonstrated ability from IP Connectivity, IT Cloud Networks, WAN (Wide Area Networks) or Network Security
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
