Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Paper Straws Programme in the Development & Technology (D&T) organisation in Lund. In the Paper Straws Programme we drive development, integration, and release of not only Paper Straws but we also drive development in the area of additional materials and packaging materials. We have a full life cycle perspective on all our developments.
In the role as Product owner, you will be leading a dedicated team and be responsible for integrating across the value chain managing both new development as well as product lifecycle. You will be part of a dynamic working environment with dedicated and experienced colleagues.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden and expected travel time is approximately 10%.
What you will do
As our new Product Owner, within the Paper Straws Programme, you will be leading your team, be part of the Program team and the governance body for the programme. You will be responsible for driving new product development in the area of additional materials and packaging materials according to our development process and back log
We believe you have
An experienced project manager, preferably PMP certified, with a proven track record from complex system development projects combined with a strong business understanding.
The professional skills needed in this role, besides the comprehensive knowledge of project management and agile working methods, is strong leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organisation.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with strong customer focus. You pay strong attention to details, are good at integrating in an complex environment, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You have the ability to exercise informal authority and you will work in a networked environment together with project team members and line managers. Furthermore, you possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills.
Written and verbal English skills are essential.
