As a Product owner in Lendo you will play an important role in driving the success of our products by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data of the conversion and performance of our products' digital interfaces.
In this role you will:

Define and drive goals, roadmap, plans and metrics for your product area in tight collaboration with the business area managers and your cross functional teams.

Understand the user/customer needs and the market within your product area. Turn quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable product actions and plans.

Lead and prioritise the work in the cross functional team and prioritise the backlog, balance maintenance with new features,

Ensure good requirements, documentation and tests to build and deliver high quality results.

Build alignment with key stakeholders to ensure focus is on what creates most value for users, customers, partners and business.
We are looking for:

Proven track record in building, developing and launching consumer internet products together with cross functional teams resulting in significant impact.

A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority and provide hands-on leadership

A thorough and analytical mindset and you enjoy using data for insights, ideation and improving your area

Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

You speak and write fluently in English, Swedish is an advantage.
