We are looking for our new Product Owner for the Video Analytics Product line. You will be part of our hybrid workplace which gives you the opportunity to work both remote and from our HQ in Stockholm. You will report directly to the VP of Product.

Working as a Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you will attend standup with the Video Analytics engineering team and drive the day-to-day sprint processes. You will contribute to business requirements and other specifications written by product specialists within the team. Together with the engineers, you will troubleshoot complex problems, prioritize releases, and ensure quality deliveries impacting our world-class partners & customers.
You will...
• Write Epics & User Stories that improves Hive Streaming's product offerings
• Manage product backlogs
• Be an agile leader, driving all processes in 2-week Sprints
• Resolve blockers for the development team
• Get hands-on; support User Acceptance Testing of new features
• Troubleshoot and manage complex partner or customer-reported issues
• Contribute to product strategy and manage internal and external roadmaps
• Develop high-quality product documentation of Hive Streaming's partner-focused processes & tools
Previous Experience
• You have a couple of years of experience managing Agile product development processes for video streaming applications, enterprise web applications and/or web services
• You earned a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or have equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Agile software development, including Epics, Sprints, Releases and writing actionable User Stories
• Understanding of web applications, including HTML5, JavaScript & webpack, Electron, etc.
• Understanding of industry-standard web development tools such as WebStorm, Charles, Fiddler, Firebug, etc.
• Understanding of RESTful web service development, usage & integration
• Understanding of cloud service architecture, SaaS products, or enterprise applications
It would be a big plus if you had knowledge of live video streaming and content delivery networks, and have experience working in a scale-up/start-up environment.
