What we want you to do?
The role includes a wide variety of tasks. These include but are not limited to:
Own and prioritise the product backlogs for a specific product area and partner organisation.
Understand goals, concerns, behaviour patterns of customers, building use cases around those needs and translating use cases into product requirements.
Manage product vision for the cross-functional agile team (of engineers, designers and analysts), set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
Define and drive experiments and tests to identify key drivers for growth.
Tightly sync with stakeholders across the business to gather product requirements and clearly communicate the product plans, objectives and performance measures and progress against plans to all stakeholders.
Define, monitor and analyse metrics for existing and upcoming products and features - feed learnings back into the product development process.
Enable the cross-functional team to feel safe building, measuring and learning fast.
Manage feature lifecycle, whether decisions require reinvestment, transitioning to maintenance or feature retirement.
