What is the job about?
In this position, you manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to ongoing operations. You lead a team of IT security advisors - guiding the organization in Security by Design and reviewing IT solution designs from an IT security perspective.
Important parts of your mission include:
Being accountable for all aspects of products delivered - including setting the strategic direction and operationalizing the strategy to meet business needs.
Continuously improving the product and related service offering - ensuring a high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Acting as a senior IT Security Advisor and being a role model for the product team.
Leading the product team to achieve strategy and meet OKRs - ensuring efficient resource allocation and collaboration with other product managers for collective effectiveness.
Performing financial planning, forecasting, budget requests and actuals for the product.
The location is Sandviken or Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up.
Who you are
For this role, you need a relevant IT degree and certifications combined with experience in digital product development and operation. You have experience as a leader in large multi-national organizations. Understanding of industry standards and best practice such as NIST and ISO 27001 are needed, as well as practical experience of agile practices and mindsets. Certifications such as CISSP or equivalent experience is beneficial. As we act on a global scene, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement, while Swedish skills are advantageous.
You're an empathic customer-focused leader, who drives cybersecurity forward in line with our business needs - understanding the value and importance of great cybersecurity products and how they create business opportunities. You impact and form commitment across our organization, as well as effectively engaging with both stakeholders and teams.
