Job Description
Are you an experienced Product Owner, curious and focused on value creation as well as hold great knowledge within modern digital workplace platform ecosystem? Then we are looking for you!

You will join a global product area on our journey creating a colleague experience driving engagement and colleague satisfaction with tech and data. You will lead the Digital Workplace Standard Platform and Governance product team that deliver a modern core digital workplace experience, being utilized by more than 25 000 office colleagues and soon over 100 000 store colleagues. The team provide access to a modern, secure and relevant updated digital workplace experience driving productivity and enabling the foundation for efficient collaboration, content creation and communication.

Job description
As a Product Owner you will be working in a truly global and agile context, creating the product roadmap, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that the team's effort is aligned with the overall strategy. You will define the strategic vision for the product as well as set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies. In addition to this, you will:
Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
Set budgets, financial forecasting, and follow up costs for product team and strategic suppliers
Negotiate contracts/agreements with suppliers
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market / industry landscape and carrier network needs through gathering & analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights to adjust strategy and priorities dynamically

You are an important player in this transformation and building our modern communication experience; therefore, we are looking for a Product Owner with an agile mindset that enjoys working in an environment that is not yet formalized with a strong willingness to find new ways to deliver on your goals in case you get stuck. Furthermore, we believe you have:
Experience of digital workplace enterprise architecture, information, security and data privacy principles
Experience of negotiating contracts/agreements with large partners and suppliers such as Microsoft and Google
The ability to gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team
Deep understanding of the target market/industry
Experience from working in retail area with communication & collaboration business processes and solutions
Experience of evergreen governance, including road map development.
The ability to coach and empower your colleagues so they can lead, collaborate, and deliver exceptional customer and business results
