Are you a Product Marketing Manager or an Experienced Campaign Manager with a passion for video games? Do you want to create and drive marketing campaigns for Paradox Interactive's unique portfolio of games? We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Stockholm!
As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning and driving the marketing of assigned products or franchises, leading and coordinating specialists to create outstanding marketing campaigns. Measured on your ability to maximise revenue and player engagement, you are the marketing expert, providing the marketing perspective and coordinating marketing plans to meet set business goals for our products.
Responsibilities
Establish marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to reach our set business goals including messaging, marketing objectives and budgeting.
Execute on established marketing plans and drive other business opportunities ensuring the outcome of the marketing strategy gets fulfilled as well as follows the franchise business plan.
Lead and coordinate marketing specialists (such as community, digital media, content etc.) in the creation and execution of the marketing campaign, covering all stages in the product life cycle.
Responsible for set marketing budget, provide regular forecasts on campaign spend across the various functions and phases of the campaign.
Represent the product when needed such as campaign reports, team briefs, partner presentations, etc.
Build and maintain a healthy relationship with development partners, whether internal or external studios.

Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing project lead, campaign marketing or similar fields.
Planning and execution experience with go-to-market, launch or post-launch plans in a campaign management or product marketing role within video games
Strong communication, written and verbal. You will need to inspire and align others in this role.
Experience with budget management and forecasting
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Familiarity with Management games is a strong plus.

On a personal level you enjoy driving marketing campaigns and growing the player base to reach our set goals. You are good at stakeholder management, and understand how to motivate people to produce excellent work as well as motivations for people to buy a game. You are flexible and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You keep a cool head under pressure and during changes, knowing that one size does not fit all you are able to adapt your plans and level of ambition according to the needs of different projects. Finally, you have a passion to convert the game's promise into compelling messaging throughout the marketing campaign.
Scope: Full time and permanent
Reports to: VP of Business
Location: This position is based in Stockholm
