Do you want to work in an exciting international software company with sustainability at its core? Kiona is now looking for a Product Manager to be part of our Products and Innovation team - with a focus on the segment Retail and Refrigeration.
About the position
As a product manager, you will be part of our Products and Innovation team. Our team is a strategic unit that facilitates the creation of products that deliver value to both customers and the business.
We are responsible for the "why" of the products and "what" to build next and align the company around the overarching vision. Kiona has a product vision to build Europe's leading open, flexible, and independent proptech platform - to fight resource waste and climate change with ease.

Your main responsibilities
As a Product Manager you are responsible for managing the SaaS product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, suggesting a strategic path for the product planning and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products according to our product development process.
You will work with sales, marketing and support to ensure product revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will also ensure that the product support the company's overall strategy and goals.
Your background includes
We believe you have at least a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and have experience working as a product manager within a SaaS or cloud-based software company. If you have experience working within the retail/refrigeration segment or proptech, that is meritorious. You speak and write fluently in Swedish or Norwegian and English.

But to be successful in this role, we believe you need to be a people person who can talk to everyone. We believe you need to be communicative, a bit brave, and unpretentious - acting as a product ambassador.
You are probably also analytical, business-minded, and data-driven in your decisions- always with a "let's make this user friendly" approach.
You probably are quite empathetic in that you must actively seek and understand our partners' and customers' pain points and experience with the products on all markets.
We also think you will benefit from having a self-drive and that you are leading by example. Taking responsibility for your performance and work structured to complete initiatives "all the way" - from a fresh idea to post-launch evaluation.
The position reports to CPO and will be located in Kungsbacka or Trondheim.
