Formed Fiber materials are based on wood fibers and can be produced to most 3D shapes with many of the same mechanical and functional properties as plastics and so provides a novel and powerful vehicle for displacing plastics. We are now seeing interest in Formed Fiber spread to a large number of applications where the market potential is counted in billions of units. The goal of the Formed Fiber team is to capitalise on this opportunity by quickly scaling up capacity, research new technologies and commercialize new applications to become a leader in this market. Stora Enso is investing strongly in the Formed Fiber unit, most recent example being the start of preparations for a large-scale expansion of the existing Hylte production facility. #FormedFiberGrows

We are looking to hire Product Managers with experience from industrially packed food, either in fiber or plastic materials. As Product Manager for Formed Fiber you will help shape the strategic path we take. You will be given responsibility for the analysis of which markets we should play in and within these lead the development of our offering. You will work in a fast-paced environment with the backing and infrastructure of a large global corporation. You will cooperate closely with the broader Formed Fiber team, other parts of Stora Enso as well as customers and suppliers.
Additionally, you will:
• Develop and keep up-to-date product and capability road maps
• Lead a cross functional product development team for the development of new products
• Set product positioning and pricing to balance a competitive product offering with growth & profitability
• Manage your portfolio of products over their lifetime
Your location will be Stockholm, Karlstad or Hylte and you will be working in the business unit Formed Fiber which is a part of Packaging solution Division. You will report to Head of the Product Management function.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person, who is structured and have a analytical approach to problem solving. You have >5 years' experience of Product Management within industrially packed food. Your educational background is within engineering, business, or another relevant area. A requirement in this role is to communicate fluently in English and preferably in Swedish. Experience as Product Owner in Agile project management (e.g. SCRUM) is benefitial. We belive that you have the ability to work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders including production, R&D and Sales. You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual with the ability to take on work tasks beyond your daily task. You also have a curious mindset and are eager to learn, collaborate and form part in shaping the Product Management function.
