The PM Enteral Nutrition and Enteral Medical Devices is responsible for the Enteral Nutrition and Enteral Medical Devices product portfolio in Sweden. The PM's main task is to outline and execute the annual marketing plan which includes both the strategy for the portfolio responsible for and action plans for the coming year(s). In addition to that the PM is responsible for forecasting which includes both financial forecasting and supply forecasts. Finally, the PM will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris for the assigned product portfolio.
Main Accountabilities
Outline annual marketing plan according to provided template and execute and implement product and marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with the annual marketing plan to ensure annual sales, GM and EBIT targets can be achieved
Develop and present budget and forecasts (including MTS) to Senior Management
Provide product training for all colleagues and customers that require training on products included in the PMs responsibility
Provide supply chain with up-to-date and accurate information for sales prognoses on article level to ensure forecast accuracy, avoid backorders and scrapping
Participate in local and international activities in Fresenius Kabi such as local or international congresses and ELAMA Marketing Meetings
Experience and Qualifications
Education at university level or similar degree in relevant disciplines, such as for example business administration, marketing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, nutrition physiology, nursing, etc.
Experience in marketing / product management an advantage however not mandatory
Several years of sales experience from the healthcare industry
Experience/knowledge of basic finance would be an advantage however not mandatory
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
Valid driver's license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)
The position is a temporary employment that can turn in to a permanent employment if both parts agree after 6 months. The position is placed in Uppsala.
