About the role
As Product Manager for the category EV Charging, your mission is to tailor Svea Solar's product-market combinations to meet the needs of our customers. Your responsibility will span from ensuring the EV Charging is delivering customer value as an integrated component in our home energy management system, to securing a competitive offering with an appealing product roadmap to all our customer segments and proactively establish and nurture our global partnerships within EV Charging.
You will, in short, be responsible for our capability to delivery customer value within EV Charging to all our customers today and tomorrow. You will be a part of our Product Management team and report to our Chief Product Officer.
Some of your key responsibilities
• Be responsible for the value proposition, sales arguments, pricing and positioning of your products
• Develop, plan and execute a product roadmap focusing on creating value for our customers
• Be responsible for the customer satisfaction on the complete customer journey
• Be the link between sales, marketing, support & product development
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to secure the success of your products to ensure the performance of all departments
A bit about yourself
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong interest and understanding of both business and technology. You are a true communicator, comfortable to take the lead and are both strategically and operationally skilled. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong leadership capabilities as it will be needed to move the organization for the best of your products.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have
• Experience from product management including product launches, preferably from both from B2B and B2C
• Worked internationally across several markets, preferably with rapid expansion
• A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in a relevant area
