PRODUCT MANAGER ALLERGY

The Product Manager Allergy will be part of the Global Marketing - Product Management Team. The Product Manager Allergy will develop the strategy for a line of Allergy products to maximize short- and long-term market growth in line with the company strategy. Responsibilities include full product-life-cycle management period. This includes collaborating to define the goals for market research, clinical, health-economy and regulatory strategy, as well as definition/execution of customer requirements, product launch, and product training.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
• Understanding of the market landscape, customer needs and competitive environment.
• Development of global product marketing plans including, situation analysis, price, registration plan, need for evidence generation, segmentation, targeting, positioning, product life cycle, revenue forecast, and marketing mix to create competitive advantage, in collaboration with customer marketing.
• Play a central role in the portfolio leadership team.
• Drive execution of marketing plans /portfolio strategy.
• Initiate and formulate needs for market research in relation to portfolio development in collaboration with the Customer Insights team.
• Lead the preparation of business cases and product requirements in close cooperation with commercial organizations securing to meet customer needs and validated revenue expectations.
• Participate and own the market representation in product development projects.
• Drive initiation of launch strategy, marketing and sales concepts for new product launches in collaboration with customer marketing.
• Identify and articulate training and development needs and work closely with regional marketing leadership to maximize usage of resources.
• Lead the collection of post-market surveillance.
• Provide support to the global sales organizations, including support of the product support manager and customer visits.
• Responsible for labelling, (labels, packages, DFUs manuals) from a marketing perspective.
• Drive functional and cross-functional collaboration, including R&D and Commercial operations.
• Partner and influence with key customers and important stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. BS degree is preferred.
• A Master's degree in Marketing or MBA is strongly preferred.

Professional Experience Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years marketing experience with demonstrated success that includes development and implementation of commercial strategies and tactics is required.

• Experience in the autoimmune/ allergy disease market and knowledge of autoimmune/allergy testing strongly preferred.
• Sales, strategic marketing, and/or market research experience also preferred.
• Life science, diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other health care experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the implementation of marketing projects from unmet need exploration through to campaign development and ultimate tactical execution.
• Strong analytical and qualitative skills are required, as well as the ability to synthesize and integrate customer insights data, draw conclusions/implications, and translate into comprehensive strategies and business decision recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to successfully drive growth.
• Demonstrated collaboration with clinical and/or health economic evidence generation teams to develop evidence generation strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
• Ability to lead and influence change is required.
• Agency management and digital strategy experience strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
• International experience is required, as well as demonstrated cultural awareness.

• This position requires significant international travel - up to 25%, as required.
