We are now looking for a tech obsessed senior leader to take on the new role as Product Manager AI Foundation to bring in new competence to our new organization Business Tech.

What you will do as Product Manager
Advanced analytics and artificial intelligence are important focus areas for H&M Group. We have one of the industry's biggest data sets and we are combining it with advanced analytics to unlock value across the full fashion value chain.
As our new Product Manager, you will be leading one of the Product Areas within AI, Analytics and Data. The area build and scale world class analytics capabilities that enables teams to create business value.
You will lead a cross functional product development organization that delivers business and customer value, always with salesmanship at heart. You will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy and KPI fulfilment of the Product Area as being part of the Domain leadership team. A key part of the role is to build strong relationships with relevant business partners to align the Product Area roadmap with the overall strategy and make sure it delivers solutions to meet our overall business goals.
We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organization.
Furthermore, you will:
Define high-level KPIs and targets for the entire Product Area and align them with the respective Product Owners
Ensure interfaces and dependencies within the Product Area and to other Product Areas are considered
Stay in sync with the Product Owners on priorities and day-to-day decision making
Create and maintain a roadmap for the Product Area
Be accountable for financial impact incurred by leveraged resources and solutions in the product teams of the Product Area
Exercise strong decision-making mandate across the team as a proxy to the Product Owners
Prepare and support the teams on product demos
Be responsible for the overall work environment for your team

Furthermore, we believe you:
Have the ability to lead an organisation unit with 100+ employees
Have understanding and experience of Agile product development, preferably in large organisations
Know how to formulate solid business cases for technology initiatives
Have an experimental and curious mindset to drive innovation
Are a strong advocate for modern software development and engineering practices
Are a great communicator with experience of bringing together multiple business partners, both internal and external, to execute on a common mission
Understand what it takes to build healthy, maintainable and scalable technology
Understand relevant technology trends, the opportunities they bring and when and how to use them
