We're looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for the development of our sales toolbox on our newly built retail hub platform.

Your mission in our Sales Enabler product team will be to oversee a cross-functional team in crafting a pioneering sales management suite. This will be built from the ground up and serve the needs of all different sales users, along with the customer journey from lead intake to handover of cars.

Your team's mandate will be to extract invaluable insights from every interaction, improving product capabilities and enhancing the experience for our sales agents. This isn't just about technology; it's about enabling a synergy between cutting-edge custom-built front ends, a robust API backbone, and backend systems.

What you 'll do
* Develop the definition and direction of the vision and mission for the Sales Enabler team.
* Promote efforts to build and streamline the offer to order journey, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless experiences for those purchasing through the assisted Sales channel.
* Your role encompasses more than just efficiency - it's about enhancing sales operations, improving retailer and customer experiences, and ultimately boosting sales.
* Closely collaborating with other teams, aligning stakeholders, and following a visionary roadmap, you'll lay a robust foundation for growth.
* Craft and sustain the Sales Enabler team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
* Prioritize building the best user experiences possible by advocating user research, experimentation, and taking a data-driven approach.
* Take responsibility for providing valuable insights to enhance customer interactions, optimize product capabilities for customer interaction, offer and order management, improve the sales agent experience, and maximize customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

You and your skills
* Extensive experience in product management, ideally with sales or customer relation management product environment.
* Proven experience of effectively implementing new concepts or programs in a innovative, digital retail environment.
* Ability to priorotize and think end-to-end.
* You are a customer- and user-centric leader for your digital product area, and accountable for its growth.
* You enjoy working in a sales environment and possess solid knowledge of related business processes such as the Customer Service field.
* We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset that is motivated by commercial growth.

Location
Gothenburg HQ or Stockholm Tech Hub.
