Job Summary
Tetra Pak is creating a new organisation called Factory Sustainable Solutions and OEM Components. The organisation consists of two parts where the OEM Components team is already well- established, and the Factory Sustainable Solutions team is brand new.
The Factory Sustainable Solution team is responsible for developing and to globally drive the business in energy optimisation, water recovery and CIP optimisation. To this new organisation we are now recruiting two Global Product Managers: one for the area of Energy Solutions and one for the area of Liquid Recovery.
The organisation belongs to Business Sector Key Components & Channel Management in Processing Equipment AB.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
In this team we are responsible for developing and to globally drive a sustainable and profitable business for Factory Sustainable Solutions. By offering optimised solutions on factory level we enable our customers to reduce their environmental footprint while also reducing their utility costs.
Since this is a new team you will create and establish a competitive portfolio from scratch, by identifying technologies and solutions that will bring value to our customers.
For the Product Manager Energy Solutions we foresee that you will establish a portfolio within energy optimization, e.g. heat pumps and solar thermal solutions, in collaboration with suppliers and through strategic partnerships.
For the Product Manager Liquid Recovery the focus will be on water management and CIP optimization. We expect you to establish best-practice solutions from existing technologies within the company as well as evaluating new technologies within the area of liquid recovery.
You will work closely with suppliers as well as with many internal stakeholders such as the Project organization, the business streams and Services.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage and promote a competitive portfolio, including upgrades
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers
Lead the commercial launch of new solutions or products
Drive Product deployment
Secure responsiveness and high-quality technical support to internal stakeholders
Proactively drive activities such as campaigns and webinars to make the portfolio visible and create awareness around it
Continuously improve and manage the portfolio based on business performance and voice of the customer
We believe you have
University degree or equivalent in engineering or similar work experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
You need to be good at stakeholder management.
Preferably you have technical knowledge in one of the following areas: energy optimisation, water management or CIP optimisation.
Experience in commercial or technical product management is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer literacy.
