Mitigram's mission is to open a closed market and streamline and augment the financing of global trade. We firmly believe that when trade finance is made seamless and technology is democratised, everyone benefits.
Mitigram's suite of solutions consists of three products: MitiSquare, MitiManager and MitiGateway. MitiManager, which was launched earlier this year, has been received by the market with great success. And we now experience an extensive interest for this product, with an enormous potential to grow.
This opens an opportunity for a passionate and driven product professional to become the product manager of this newly launched product and to join our journey in digitalising trade finance and enabling global trade by growing an awesome product, as well as yourself, in your role as a product manager.
To be successful in the role, you first and foremost love product, you are an enthusiastic team player, and have a master eye for detail without losing the big picture. You have an ability to rapidly understand complex dependencies, envisage solutions to issues, and recommend the optimal ones. You like to challenge yourself and others with how much value can be delivered to end users. You are smart, creative, and persistent. You do not need to be right (all the time), and you always focus on finding the optimal solution to sometimes seemingly conflicting needs.
What you will do
Work with the Product Success Lead(s) to create a product vision and roadmap.
Discover and analyse prioritized capabilities and derive high-level/customer user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Create and maintain product backlog, and continuously align priorities of backlog items with stakeholders
Drive the implementation of the product backlog by working closely with the cross-functional team lead(s) for prioritisation, slicing, and release planning
Collaborate with users, internal stakeholders, designers and the cross-functional team(s) on the solution design and implementation of new capabilities
Validate together with Product Success Lead(s) and other internal stakeholders that the implemented functionality solves the identified customer needs
Gather feedback, use metric, and analyse trends to drive product improvements
Prepare product related material and conduct training sessions and presentations on new features and products.
Support and troubleshoot questions and issues raised by both internal and external users
What you should have
3+ years' experience as a product owner, product manager or similar
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or another relevant field
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and can communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
Strong organizational skills
Affinity for working with business workflows and systems
Deep interest in and care for software products and how they're built
Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
Good track record of delivering product
Reference and background checks
As a part of the recruiting process at Mitigram, you will be asked to provide a couple of references that you are or have had a working relationship with during the past 5 years and we will perform a background check.
