We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for creating a smarter way for people to access cars in our cities, and to enable them to move freely, meaningfully and sustainably.

As a Product Manager you'll join a talented, agile and multidisciplinary team who is passionate about making M a world-class experience. Our culture is open, caring, collaborative and fast-paced.
You will work in the intersection between business, technology and user experience and be responsible from opportunity assessment - what will take us closer to our goals - to delivery and effect.
Your days will include both strategic product development, setting the roadmap for the product based on vision, objectives and customer insights, and tactical product development, working closely together with a crossfunctional team week to week to deliver a product that people love. You will work closely with business stakeholders, CX, UX, data, and engineering professionals as well as your Product Manager peers to succeed.

You show experience with most of the following...
You have a few years of experience leading product development efforts in a crossfunctional team at a user-focused digital product company all the way from strategy to delivery, release and follow up.
You know how to translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into informed product decisions and roadmaps.
You have a great understanding of agile development principles and practices, including breaking large product goals into small, achievable slices, from needs and feature definition to release planning.
You possess the skills to set the short to mid-term backlog and long-term strategy with user value and business goals in focus.
You enjoy working tactically and closely with your team day to day - providing direction, answering questions, running plannings and more.
You are an excellent communicator and storyteller who creates engagement for and around your team's work.
You have a team-first attitude and know how to pave the way for team success without ego, solving the right problems through crossfunctional collaboration.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can create structure, clarity and direction for your team.
You have a track record from, and enjoy working closely with internal business stakeholders.
You show a strong business acumen.

Extra awesome if you have experience or knowledge of any of the following...
Working with a product that is both a digital and a physical experience.
Managing the product development of payment systems or pricing and subscriptions.
Managing product development for business to business.
Growth methods and scaling of a product.
Leading product initiatives across multiple teams and product domains.

A driver's license valid to drive in Sweden is a plus.
