We are the EE Infrastructure team within Volvo Group Trucks Technology, and we believe that by pioneering foundational SW, Electrical & Electronics, we create a bright future for our customers and we lead the evolution of Volvo Group strategies. We develop and maintain in vehicle platform capabilities that enables SW defined transport & infrastructure solutions for our customers and stakeholders.
There is now a great opportunity for You to join us in the development of our new electrical, electronics and SW infrastructure in our trucks.
We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Infrastructure Product Manager for our EE Infrastructure sub-stream (which is very similar to a SAFe Agile Release Train). Within the stream we have today ~20 scrum teams.
Position Description:
You will lead and secure that our Electrical & Electronics Infrastructure products are developed with a business and customer focus and in alignment with defined technology strategies, and that we continuously deliver value to our customers.
We are working in a SAFe inspired set-up and are in the middle of the transition from projects to product streams. Therefor experience from agile ways of working is a must.
Qualifications:
We believe you have a background in embedded system and software engineering and is used to lead a team to a result. It is natural for you to keep yourself up to date when it comes to new requirements connected to, among others, cyber security, functional safety and electro mobility.
It would be great if you have experience from working as a Product Owner/Manager in an agile setup.
