Within PSCO new organization, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join the Ambient Packaging Solution team in the Health & Nutrition segment.
You will have the opportunity to work in a brand new energetic and inspiring team, focusing on delivering effective customers solutions, in constant alignment with Clusters and Market companies and central functions.
In this role you will actively contribute to Tetra Pak 2030 Strategy achievement.
What you will do
Drive deployment of existing portfolio solutions in the Health & Nutrition (AWM, LDP, OLDP, FSN, BTM, Plant Based products)
Contribute to the definition of the segment strategy and drive the execution of the Operating Plan, in line with Company 2030 strategy
Manage Life Cycle activities supporting key Strategic Initiatives: e.g. adding value to swappable formats, phasing out, Vitality Index
Together with Clusters/Market companies define business cases for new portfolio solutions to be developed and participate to development projects. Participate in D&E relevant program teams.
Support Clusters and Market companies with portfolio knowledge and expertise related to the assigned category
Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy Team to define midterm roadmap for the Health & Nutrition segment
Collaborate with Global Marketing to identify opportunities areas for growth and drive ad hoc deployment actions
Participate in the yearly pricing process
Relentlessly integrate customers viewpoint through customer-facing activities: customer visits and presentations, events, workshops
Ensure effective product communication in conjunction with MarComm team
Secure continuous competition/market monitoring leveraging on BI&A team expertise
You will be based in Lund (Sweden) and possible travel approximatively 20% of your time
Who you are?
You have 5 years or more experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development/Portfolio Mgmt. or D&E, in roles with exposure to customers.
You must have experience in a Market company or Cluster; alternatively, as part of Central teams, you have driven a big project with strategic relevance.
Good knowledge of Tetra Pak product portfolio is desired as well as financial understanding
You have a Master of Science degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering. Additional education degrees (Master, Digital courses etc.) are a plus.
You excel at both written and spoken English, additional languages are also a plus
You are a dynamic person, ideally having worked in different cultural environments. You are open minded, curious and you are eager to bring change and think out of the box.
You are structured, results driven and with strong focus on key value adding activities; you show a good balance of operational and strategic skills.
You are a good team player, always motivating and inspiring others; you can engage with different stakeholders whether customers or colleagues, to create understanding and commitment and continuously learning on others' experience.
