Center of Expertise Juices, Nectars, Still Drinks (JNSD) & Other Beverages within Business Unit Liquid Food (BU LF) in Tetra Pak is looking for a Product Manager for our heating products for beverage applications. Our role within Tetra Pak is to bring optimal processing solutions to the continuously growing global JNSD & Other Beverages market.
In addition, this position will be responsible for cleaning solutions within BU LF. The cleaning solutions Product Manager responsibility covers all BU LF sub-categories but will be hosted/located in the JNSD and Other Beverages category.
As a Product Manager, you will take on the global responsibility for product deployment, improvements and maintenance of the products covering the entire product life cycle.
It is a challenging position in a highly-qualified team in an international environment with close contacts with our global sales organisation. You will be offered an autonomous role in a rapidly expanding business area and a wide global network.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and it requires approximately 10% of travelling time.
Main responsibilities
• Own product specifications and manage the products during its entire life cycle.
• Drive growth of sales volumes together with sales organisation through deployment of products and related applications.
• Analyse and conclude current and future industry requirements in close cooperation with our Market Companies.
• Review, update the product vision and roadmap.
• Drive product improvement projects and activities.
• Support and educate our organisation on the products and related applications.
Qualifications
You have a strong drive for results. You are highly motivated by the challenge to grow your products and application in a competitive market.
Your communication and collaboration skills are excellent; you have the ability to build trust on different levels, listening as well as influencing. Your business and technical understanding and structured mindset will be big assets in this role, enabling you to understand the market and prioritise.
Preferably, your professional background is a combination of marketing, sales, engineering and you have at least 5 years experience. You might already have product management experience, or you want to enter that area from your current sales role or technical role. A strong advantage is your experience from product deployments and knowledge within heat treatment as well as cleaning technology.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
