We are now looking for a Product Introduction Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Product Introduction Manager you will be instrumental in the internal launch of our products and work in close cooperation with product managers, sales managers and product marketing. Your focus will be on our sales organization and providing them with insightful information about the products, the portfolio, our competitors, possible sales pitches and other relevant information for each market segment. You will work in a small team of introduction managers and you will need to have a good understanding of our technology as well as a deep understanding of sales of complex products and systems.
You are expected to create compelling, comprehensive and technically correct material well adapted to the intended target groups. You will deliver the material through a multitude of channels, including online webinars and technical and sales training sessions in front of live audiences.
The role involves travelling, up to 15 days a year.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in launch management, sales and product management. We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are practical when it comes to technical matters. You will need to have some hands-on technical experience to truly understand our products and the challenges our customers and sales teams are facing. Experience from working with IP video technology and/or Axis video products would be a great advantage, since you need to have a good understanding of our technology to be able to efficiently translate it into customer and channel value.
You have great social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with predominantly international contacts. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment. Furthermore we believe you have:
At least 5 years relevant work experience A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters Experience from product communication, e.g. as product marketing manager or product manager A deep understanding of sales and/or technical sales A proven ability to explain products and technology in terms of customer value Excellent English skills, both written and verbal Swedish language skills are not essential, but a distinct advantage
THE PRODUCT INTRODUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAM
The team provides product related information to the sales organization, which includes account managers, sales engineers and technical service engineers located in our regional offices around the world. The information ranges from deep technical details to competitor comparisons and other information relevant for the sales organization.
