WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This is a senior position and as Product Introduction Manager you will have a key role in the promotion of our products, solutions and services. Your focus will be on supporting our Global Sales organization and providing them with insightful and meaningful material to inspire, teach and motivate them in their sales work. You will work in a team of product introduction managers and you will need to be creative, have good communication skills and an ability to explain technology and the great qualities of our products and solutions in a user-oriented and value-based way. Technical interest and understanding of sales is needed to stay in sync with this.
You will develop, build and deliver compelling and comprehensive sales support material, well adapted to the intended target groups. You will deliver the material through a multitude of channels - including online trainings, webinars and technical and sales training sessions in front of live audiences.
The role involves travelling, up to 20 days a year.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a motivated, creative and inspiring person with experience in communication, sales and product management activities. Experience in product promotion, developing sales support material and supporting the sales channels is meritorious. We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are a true teammate that is passionate to explain technical matters in a clear, understandable and inspiring way.
You have good social and communication skills and an ability to lead and perform in a multi-cultural environment with predominantly international contacts. You are always open to customers and colleagues, being an active part of building a great team and a productive environment. Furthermore, we believe you have:
At least 5 years work experience within Axis and/or the security market.
A creative and pedagogical approach, both spoken and written.
Experience from product communication, e.g. as product marketing manager/product manager or similar
A deep understanding of sales.
Ability to explain products, solutions and technology in terms of customer value.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in other language is a plus.
THE TEAM
Our team is part of the Product Management Department and provides product related information to the Axis Global Sales organization, which includes sales account managers, sales engineers and technical service engineers located in our regional offices around the world. The information ranges from sales pitch to deep technical details including competitor comparisons and other relevant information for the sales organization.
