WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Product Development Manager within our knitwear team, you will contribute to the development of high-end quality collections for knitwear product category in line with company standards and business goals for quality, cost, sustainability and delivery.
As Product Development Manager, you will:
Drive the development of premium collections aligned with quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery goals
Manage the end-to-end development process
Source and research materials to meet design briefs and sustainability targets
Attend fittings and provide expert input on quality, fit, and construction
Lead costing and margin analysis, supporting negotiation strategies
Allocate styles to suppliers based on capabilities, standards, and pricing
Maintain accurate product data and BOMs in PLM systems
Monitor seasonal development budgets and ensure cost control
Collaborate closely with suppliers and conduct on-site visits as needed
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to meet product requirements

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Academic degree, from fashion and or textile education
Minimum 5 years' experience within product development preferably from high-end fashion brands
Hands on experience developing garments in knitwear
Highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
Solid costing and negotiation skills
Experience with PLM systems (a plus)
