As Product Development Manager – men's wear woven at our Stockholm Office, you will lead the development of woven ready-to-wear products from concept to production. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure the successful execution of the category across quality, cost, sustainability and delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our men's wear woven category, balancing creative vision with technical execution and commercial goals by:
Leading the development of woven ready-to-wear products from concept to production
Driving quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery targets throughout the development process
Partnering with Design to bring creative concepts into commercially viable products
Reviewing prototypes, samples, and fittings to ensure quality, fit, and construction
Managing costing, margin analysis, and supplier negotiations
Allocating developments to suppliers based on capability, capacity, quality, and cost
Managing development timelines and supplier communication to secure on-time delivery
Maintaining accurate product information and technical documentation in PLM
Supporting seasonal budgets and cost control initiatives
Building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships, including factory visits
Collaborating closely with Design, Production, Sourcing, Merchandising, and other key stakeholders

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Degree in fashion, textiles, product development or a related field
Around 5 years' experience in product development, preferably within premium or luxury fashion
Experience developing woven ready-to-wear products
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and product development processes
Experience sourcing materials, trims, and suppliers
Strong costing, margin management, and negotiation skills
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience working with PLM systems is considered a plus
Fluent in English, written and spoken
