Are you passionate about fashion, driven by results, and excited about turning creative ideas into commercial success?
We are looking for a Product Developer with a strategic mindset, a passion for fashion, and a collaborative spirit to join our Accessories team at H&M Womenswear.
This is a full-time position at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role as a Product Developer, you will take strong ownership of bringing the H&M Women jewellery assortment to life. You will work hands-on throughout the development process, identifying opportunities, shaping seasonal updates and turning trends and insights into well-crafted, desirable products that resonate with our customers.
You'll drive the work forward from idea to final product, ensuring smooth execution in a fast-paced environment. This includes close collaboration with a product manager, planner and designer, as well as cross-functional teams across the business. You will also partner directly with production teams and suppliers to secure quality, fit and timely delivery.
With your passion for jewellery and product development, you will play an essential role in creating the best products that are beautifully made, on trend and commercially strong.
WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a similar role as Product Developer within jewellery
Education in Textiles, Buying or Product Development
Proven track record in creating jewellery products for the womenswear customer with a strong sense of fashion and refined taste
Excellent insight into current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into desirable and commercially relevant jewellery
Deep passion for product and product development, with a strong interest in jewellery design and construction
Extensive material knowledge, including metals, finishes, stones, resins and other jewellery-specific components
Driven, structured and proactive in taking initiative
Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong ability to identify opportunities, improvements and efficient solutions across the jewellery development process

This is full-time position, with placement in Stockholm.
