ABOUT THE JOB:
At the factory in Lunnarp you as a Product Developer will be a part of the Research & Innovation team and develop Proviva and Alpro's products. This is a new role in the R&I team and you will work together with another Product Developer in Lunnarp. It's an exciting role where you get to work with fermentation, probiotics and new flavor combinations for well-known and well-established brands. To increase the production of the plant-based products, Danone invested SEK 140 million in the factory in Lunnarp 2020. Danone has big plans for Österlen and the opportunities for you as a Product Developer are many.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for the product development mainly of Proviva's products but also to some extent Alpro's products.
Work in line with consumer expectations and Danone's business and brand strategy
Conduct recipe development, sensor tests, full-scale tests and implementation in production
Evaluate new raw materials and processes
Keep up to date with the latest taste trends
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders
ABOUT YOU:
• Higher education in food technology, food chemistry or other equivalent education
• 2-5 years of work experience in product development (experience in the food sector is a merit)
• Knowledge and experience on packaging is an advantage
• FMCG experience is an advantage
• Fluency in Swedish and good communication skills in English
• Innovative, structured and has a good communicative ability
• Thrives in an environment where you can be involved and influence and inspire others
