Job Description
Do you want to be a key player in creating a new and disruptive global sports brand as Product Developer? We are looking for a Product Developer for our Mens's sports assortment. Maybe you are looking for the next step into a Product Developer role or you are already a Product Developer looking for a new challenge!
As a Product Developer you will work in close collaboration with a skilled team of designers, pattern makers, planners and product manager. The mission is to develop products and assortment to enable growth and profitability, always with the customer in focus. You will drive the developments for the full men's sport assortment and constantly overview, evaluate, follow up and make suggestion of improvements. As a Product Developer, you should be a strong and independent leader who likes to work with the rest of the team to develop the best product and best assortment in line with the visual goal. With high coordination skills, you handle the cooperation with multiple internal teams and drive work towards our production team in an efficient and sustainable way.
Qualifications
As H&M Sport is growing rapidly, we are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who will thrive in an environment where not every process and structure are set. Flexibility, problem solving and a prestige less mindset will be important assets to reach success.
Qualifications
Degree within textile, buying, retail business
Minimum two years' experience as a Buyer/ Product developer with Sport products
Have passion for products and product development with a focus on Sport and the Women customer
Broad experience of materials and trims
Have an eye for current fashion and trends
Driven, structured and able to take initiative
Salesmanship and commercial thinking
Solution oriented problem solver is part of who you are
Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, short- and long-term goals
Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
A true team player and great communicator
Result-oriented and growth mindset
See possibilities, improvements and simple solutions

This is full-time permanent position based in Stockholm to start ASAP.
