About the job
The Compliance function supports the whole business around the separator, from R&D to Sales. The Marine Product Compliance Specialist role includes:
* Administration and application support to marine classification matters
* Update and maintain database for marine classification
* Support / lead the digital transformation of technical information
* Support the transformation of IT systems used to handle marine classification
* Identify and drive improvement activities in the classification process
* Support product development projects in marine approval matters
At start, this role will have a support and administration focus. This will later be developed into a more self-managed role driving marine classification towards classification societies and notified bodies.

You are thorough, methodical, dedicated, curious and you have a problem-solving attitude.
You are a strong communicator since the ability to discuss your working area is essential and you need to be fluent in English (oral & written).
In order to succeed you should be able to work both independently and be a team player. We also expect you to be self-driven and work in a proactive way.
What you know
Technical background (B.Sc. or M.Sc degree with relevant specialization).
Previous experience from product development, marine classification, databases, SharePoint and driving improvement activities is an advantage.
