The Role
The aim of the job is to handle product complaints for all of our clients products on the Swedish market. You will be responsible for handling complaints for the company?s products in accordance with ?Red Web? on the LIF home page and the procedures of the company. The procedures include:
Manage the intake and triage of product complaints in to global product complaint system.
To determine if the report qualifies as a complaint.
Evaluate each complaint report and assign priority and classification.
In case of expedited (significant) product complaints or adverse event forward the report within 24 hours.
To identify the appropriate investigation site and forward the complaint.
Forwarding complaint reports for products manufactured in Sweden or by a Third Party Manufacturer to the appropriate person.
Sending the products to the manufacturing site when an investigation is needed.
Sending an appropriate response to the pharmacy/customer/MPA
Document all activities connected with the complaints.
To notify the Product Quality Compliance Officer about unexpected and serious complaints.
Daily contact with pharmacies, customers and manufacturing plants.
Keep updated on Good Distribution Practice requirements.
The responsibility for the product complaints is delegated from the Product Quality Compliance Officer.
You will also have contacts and interactions with other functions at the company, primarily with Business Units, Finance, Clinical Research, Medical Information, Regulatory Affairs and Drug Safety.
Preferred experience
• Degree in pharmacy.
• Fluency in local language plus English
• Some experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or working in a pharmacy
