Then, we've got the job for you! To Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions and the Division Stationary Crushing & Screening, we're now looking for two Product and Process Support to join our team.
Your mission
In this position, your main responsibility is to provide our whole organization with product support for all crushing solutions, aiming to increase customer value and outperform the market. You own and improve processes, collect and analyze data, and keep current offering and competitor product information updated and available. You develop working methods and processes related to the overall product line information management, so that product specifications, options, etc. are kept updated, available and communicated for all product lines within crushing solutions. Furthermore, you update documentation in various systems and communicate value selling material and customer benefits to the sales team and our internal partners.
In addition to this, you also:
Provide product expertise and support to sales representatives, resellers and/or internal partners during the sales process.
Assist sales representatives, resellers and/or internal partners during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from our offering.
Own and drive our Special Customer Request process, Feedback process and Sales Tools data maintenance process.
Align and develop reports from Power BI and CRM system etc.
Coordinate customer and product related initiatives.
Support new product development in projects.

The location for this position is in Svedala, Sweden, and a few travel days to our manufacturing units may be included in the job.
Your character
We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver, who is used to working with processes in large teams or cross-functional organizations. With experience of working with product support combined with a relevant university degree or equivalent working experience, you have a solid foundation to thrive in this role. Basic financial understanding will come in handy, while experience in heavy equipment with aftermarket is advantageous. Knowledge of Power-BI and other follow-up tools is considered a plus. As we act in a global environment, excellent English skills, both written and verbal, is required, and knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

Curious, unpretentious and analytical, with an eye for details and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time, are other characteristics we highly value for this job.
