Toca Life World has millions (and millions) of users with more and more kids discovering the app every day. It's a live platform for true open-ended play, an ever-expanding space where kids can tell any story they like.
As Producer in Toca Life World you'll drive complex strategic initiatives, projects and team operations, to ultimately reach our business objectives and meet our players' needs.
What you'll be doing
You'll be leading a highly talented and dedicated group of artists, animators, programmers, QA and designers in their day-to-day work. You'll remove obstacles, enabling the team to work efficiently and sustainably. You'll make sure there is effective prioritisation, and that you and the team have access to relevant data to support decision making.
You'll manage long term and short term planning and execution, and build business cases for opportunities and new projects along the way. Always keeping an updated roadmap that guides everyone towards the same goal. You'll take project goals and briefs and turn them into actionable plans for the team, understanding resource needs and what is required to deliver on assigned projects.
You'll manage the project operations and budget, recruiting and managing freelancers and outsourcing partners when additional support is needed.

You're experienced in leading cross-functional teams in a game development environment, with the ability to break down business goals into actionable plans for the teams.
You understand and have an interest in agile and related practices, and have an outcome based and user centric mindset.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we're an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
