As a Producer in the content team you'll lead a highly talented and dedicated group of artists, animators, programmers, QA and designers in their day-to-day work. You'll remove obstacles, enabling the team to perform their tasks efficiently and sustainably.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring timely, high-quality content drops is one of the most crucial responsibilities at Toca Boca - and as the Producer you'll be the one to make it happen, your project management skills are key. Toca Life World is a live product where several projects are being run in parallel. We are always in ideation trying to find the next fun thing - in production, releasing and analysing the outcomes of our most recent releases.
With new content being released on a regular basis you'll constantly be surprising and delighting kids around the world. You'll set up and maintain content production plans, and lead the development of those updates. This includes new play sets, gifts, home designer packs and more.
You'll establish and continuously improve the processes and ways of working for the team, always making sure there is a sustainable and healthy work environment.
You'll ensure stakeholders and others are kept up-to-date on project plans, progress and status. You'll support the Toca Life World leadership in questions regarding growth and optimisation, staffing, operations and budget, and long term strategy for content production.
Is this you?
You are a Producer with experience leading a cross-functional team in a game development environment. This experience has given you an understanding of the different roles making up such teams and an understanding for the various challenges at different phases of a project.
You have the ability to create trust within the team. They'll know you've set a great plan so that they can focus on what they do best.
As art makes up a large part of what the content team produces, it's helpful if you have experience in managing art production and art outsourcing.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we're an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
