Vi behöver någon som kan leda två parallella team med klara och tydliga mål och som tycker om att grotta ner sig i design, barns beteenden, pedagogik och appanalys.
Filimundus is a game studio in Stockholm dedicated to making really great games for children between 3 to 10 years old. We believe children games can be both inspiring and empowering. Since we started in 2009 we have created apps based on established characters, such as Pippi Longstocking and Pettson and Findus, as well as several characters of our own. We are a happy team with sharp focus on delivering high quality games.
We are now expanding our team in order to create more children games and are seeking the most excellent Game Producer. As our producer, you will be leading our development teams. You will be the one responsible for delivering the vision of the game and making sure development is running smooth and according to plan. You should be very open minded and have a good ear, but at the same time be firm in your passion for the game. It is important that you have a thorough understanding and experience in agile development and know the tools we need to use. It is also necessary that you like to do some number crunching and analytics to fully understand the game and sales process. And you must show passion for creating games for children!
What we are looking for in you:
• Passionate about creating games for children!
• Documented experience of project management in games development.
• Experience in working with agile teams.
• Good understanding of group dynamics.
• Knowledge about tools used for analytics; preferably Unity Analytics, Game Analytics or similar.
• Excellent social skills, open minded, able to work under stress
• Organized with excellence in setting objectives and prioritize
