We are looking for a driven and security-minded person to join our small and senior Projects & Processes team, residing in the IT Governance & Technology department. IT security and privacy are critical areas for Telenor as a company and proper Identity & Access Management is a cornerstone for both these areas. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for Identity & Access Management within the IT division which, among other things, include ensuring that we have effective and secure solutions so that the right individuals, at the right time, have the right authority to use our systems. You'll also be responsible for making sure that everyone has adequate information about relevant routines and tools, that processes are continuously monitored and improved and that controls are implemented and continuously adapted to new requirements.
Since Identity & Access Management involves all parts of the company, you'll collaborate extensively with other Telenor Sweden divisions in general, and with the security department in particular, them having the overall ownership of policies and instructions related to Identity & Access Management.
This role is new in the IT division; hence you'll have the freedom to shape the role and to influence the overall work of Identity & Access Management.
Who you are
In order to succeed and thrive in the role, you need vast experience from Identity & Access Management work in a complex and transformative IT environment.
Your background:
* Relevant academic degree in telecom/data/IT, or other equivalent work experience
* Several years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management
* Knowledge of ITIL, Cobit, ISO 27001
* Proven record of managing stakeholders at different levels
* CISSP certification is a meriting
You possess great drive and commitment, enjoy working in an ever-changing environment and you always keep up to date with development in the Identity & Access Management area. This job requires high security awareness, integrity and ethics and ability to keep a good dialogue with various stakeholders on different levels throughout the company.
