What we offer

Uptime is one of the members in the Direct Consumer Business cluster, building a global Consumer Experience platform for the brands within Volvo Car Group and working towards the group ambition to develop more than five million direct consumer relationships by 2025. Uptime was established in the middle of 2018 and can be seen as the consumer relations service and fleet management provider for the brands within Volvo Car Group, aiming to drive economy of scale through synergies between the brands in the group.

Scope
At Uptime Fleet Products we are now looking for a Process Owner to define, develop and launch products, services and processes within the area of Fleet Logistics. The main purpose of this area is to fleet handling after the returning of car. Logistics, reclaim/return of car, damage control and remarketing.

Your key tasks
As a Process Owner within Uptime you have end to end responsibility of your products from strategy and development to implementation and operations. You work closely with the Uptime key account managers, clients and other Uptime Process owners to define the business value, make strategic product decisions and prioritise projects and initiatives to achieve the product vision. You secure implementation of products and processes in operations and at different markets. In your role you continuously gather and analyse data to understand the performance and condition of your products to improve the product roadmap. You secure that resources with the right competence take part of the product development and lead those resources on a day to day basis.

You and your skills
We are looking for a strong leader with vast, proven experience from digital product and/or service design and development, e.g. as a Product Owner, Product Manager, senior Project Manager or similar. We want you to have a university degree in relevant field.
You have experience from fleet management, logistics, aftermarket business or working with retailer network.
You are fluent in English, verbal and written.
You should have experience from an Agile working environment and the use of lean, SAFe or similar.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills both verbally and visually. You are structured, organized and solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and plan deliveries in a changing environment.
You have strong business acumen and is not afraid to go in to the details to understand how your products operate in the market and what consumer experience they deliver.
