Dina arbetsuppgifterWorktasks
In your role as eCommerce and Marketing Process Manger you are the main speaking partner when it comes to any discussions about related processes. As these processes are highly digitalized, this role requires in-depth knowledge about the used IT-solutions on user level. The area of responsibility will cover both the eCommerce platform as well as the interconnected systems as e.g. PIM. You are responsible for creation and prioritization of Change Requests within your Process Areas. You will also drive development, improvement and functional alignment between initiatives driven by various projects.
Consequently, your main work task cover:
• Managing and developing processes within the eCommerce area
• Being the speaking partner for related IT Solution Architects and other Business Areas
• Co-ordinating with related Process Managers
• Driving and co-ordinating superuser groups including training and usage within related applications
You report directly to the Marketing Manager of Digital and eCommerce.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience, and personal qualities
• University degree in relevant area (for example economics, IT, technology and business development)
• You have a good understanding of IT solutions processes, both operationally and at a strategic level
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Familiarity with multichannel systems set up and adjacent processes (meritorious)
As a person you are business driven with high understanding of commercial processes in a digital landscape. You are passionate about driving change and like to work with many different functions. In this role you need to be very flexible and open-minded but at the same time you need to be structured and organized in the way you work. You have no problem to translate business needs into systems and processes. We also believe that you are familiar to discuss commercial needs as IT solutions.
Övrig information:
This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is done through Bravura, but you will be employed directly by Duni.
Start: As soon as possible, with regards of the notice period
Placement: Malmö
Salary: According to agreement
