MultiMind is currently looking for a Process Innovator for our client within the electronics industry. Our client is one of the world's leading companies within the field, and have their Nordic headquarter located in Stockholm. This is a 6 month position with excellent opportunities for extension.
As a Process Innovator you will be working with Master Data maintenance. Creating and maintaining accurate and complete master data is key to the business operations, and is used by several functions and stored in different systems across the organization which makes it complex. As such, the main responsibilities in this position are; Master Data maintenance; analysing and following up KPI's on a weekly basis; and to provide analysis and create business value to Sales and Retail marketing through reports, trainings, communication etc.
Key Accountabilities:
• Maintain Customer channel data master in GSCM/GSBN/MCS
• Validate channel data provided by customer and investigate data related issue to improve data reliability
• Understand the internal needs/usage of channel data, and provide work guide and analytical support for internal stakeholders
• Analyze, follow up and improve data flow, reliability and business opportunities based on PSI, FOTA and MCS to secure sales, return of marketing investment and customer satisfaction.
• Master data expert
• Lead and coordinate PI and SCM related projects
• Create weekly and monthly analysis reports of KPI
• Channel structure expert
In this position your primary contacts will be the; European HQ; Retail Marketing; Sales Divison; and third-party partners managing channel information.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• A Master degree in Business or Engineering
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English, and strong Swedish skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail
• You are structured, organized, careful and accurate, and you see complete pictures and connections within the picture
• You have the ability to communicate and interact effectively across many internal departments
• You are strong in multi-tasking, organizing and you manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A strong communicator, speech and writing
• flexible, logical and tolerant problem solver
• Professional and have a strong customer focus
• ability to work independently with minimal direction
We are seeking a professional individual who has experience within Master Data, supply chain management and project lead/coordination. You are analytical and work well both individually as in teams, and you are a sociable and strong communicator.
