We are now seeking a Process Excellence Lead to engage with internal stakeholders for TCS processes and ensure their compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring sales and delivery excellence by strategizing the deployment and compliance of TCS processes. The individual would also need to manage the TCS partner network to increase sales effectiveness and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define, prepare and ensure process deployment compliance in all the units under geography
Where applicable, come up with tailoring criteria for specific local requirements
Identify, prioritize, support and deliver a range of continuous improvement and business process reengineering projects using TCS process excellence methods and tools
Monitor and control process deployment activities and report metrics for the operating unit
Identify auditable entities in the geography and the scope of process deployment for the entities
Ensure that internal audits are regularly conducted for all the identified entities
Ensure logistics and resources for all internal and external reviews/assessments in the operating unit
Maintain risk register for the geography and ensure that the mitigation actions are taken effectively
Ensure deployment of Knowledge Management processes across the geography
Develop, implement and drive joint business plans that identify the key growth areas with the partner.
Manage sales, partner support satisfaction and partner engagement within the assigned territory.
Work with TCS Partner Network to increase effectiveness of new sales and joint business.
Engage the relevant internal TCS and partner resources on workshops, and readiness programs for building capability to deliver.
EXPERIENCE REQUIERED:
You need an academic degree and more than 9 years of experience in IT
Be able to write and communicate in English with different regions.
Excellent communication skills to engage with the senior leadership.
Have technical competence to understand and sell solutions.
Should be able to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to connect with Sr. Leadership in internal and partner organizations
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Conflict management capabilities
Ability to train associates on applicable sales and delivery processes
